After the recent vandalism to The Roundhouse in the Park, we’re sorry to report that yesterday there was an incident of vandalism to our new Eco Loos.
At around 4pm yesterday, Friday 14th July a group of 5 youths were caught on CCTV causing serious damaged to one of the toilet doors. Some of them were seen entering the loo and the others attempted to stop them from coming out. The resulting pushing and pulling on the door has buckled the hinges and damaged the frame. As a result the door cannot be closed. It is therefore now out of order until a repair can be made, so as we approach the summer holidays we are down to only 1 available loo.
A Police report has been submitted and the CCTV that captured the 5 youths causing the damage will be shared when requested.

It’s incredibly sad that we have seen a string of vandalism in the Park in recent weeks after so long without this antisocial behaviour. Our CCTV system monitors the Park 24/7 and we will always share evidence of vandalism with the Police.
