“Dispute” means any dispute, claim or controversy between you and SIE Inc., Sony Interactive Entertainment LLC, any of its current or former affiliates, or any predecessor or successor company to the foregoing, including Sony Computer Entertainment Inc., Sony Computer Entertainment America LLC and Sony Interactive Entertainment America LLC (“Sony Entity”) regarding the use of the System Software. whether based on contract, statute, regulation, regulation, tort (including fraud, misrepresentation, fraudulent solicitation or negligence) or any other legal or equitable theory and include the validity, enforceability or scope of this Section 9 (except for the enforceability of the class action waiver clause below). The term “litigation” has the broadest possible meaning, which is applied. You may not rent, rent, sublicense, publish, modify, correct, adapt or translate the System Software. You may not reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the System Software, create derivative works of the System Software, or attempt to create the source code of the System Software from its object code. 12.1. Termination by You. You can cancel your account at any time by contacting PlayStation Support. The best way to request the closure of an account is to go to: support.playstation.com/livechatrequest. Please have the following information handy: (a) login ID (email address); (b) PSN ID; and (c) account security information. You are bound by the most current version of this Agreement. Please check this URL from time to time for changes to this Agreement. Your continued access to or use of the System Software signifies your acceptance of the latest version of this Agreement. If any provision of this Section 9 (other than the class action waiver provision above) is illegal or unenforceable, that provision will be severed from this Section 9 and the remainder of this Section 9 will be in full force and effect. If the Class Action Waiver is found to be illegal or unenforceable, all of Section 9 will be unenforceable and the dispute will be resolved in court. 5.5. Not to engage, threaten or encourage illegal activities, terrorism or acts of violence or self-harm. If you are accepting this Agreement on behalf of a child under the age of 18 (“Child”), you also (a) represent that you are the parent or guardian of the child; (b) confirm that you accept this Agreement and accept SIE LLC`s Privacy Policy on behalf of your child; and (c) take full responsibility for their actions on PSN and compliance with these Terms. If you are under the age of 18 or under the age of majority in the country where your account is registered, your parent or guardian must create an account for you and agree to these Terms of Service in order to use PSN.

In addition to these Terms of Use and the Terms of Use (“Agreement” or “Terms”), the following terms apply and form part of your agreement with us: (a) the system software license agreement governing your use of the software embedded in a PlayStation, PlayStation 2, PlayStation Portable, PlayStation 3, PlayStation Vita, PlayStation TV, PlayStation Classic, PlayStation 4 or PlayStation 5 system (a “PlayStation Device”); and (b) any applicable software product license agreement (governing your use of PlayStation games, mobile software and application software designed to run on a PlayStation device).
