It is ridiculous that this company is still operational. I`ve tried to get the local company to respond as well, and they say I need to contact Solar Edge – pass the baton. Well, the local company and Solar Edge will see my anger in the way I review them.

You don`t actually monitor anything, you as the owner have to do this, it`s only recently that they stop taking calls for technical support and instead redirect you to an app that redirects you to nothing but a message to contact your installer. So no monitoring is done by SolarEdge, it`s the responsibility of the owner! No refund for loss of production of your system, the owner is SOL. In addition, SolarEdge does not perform automatic software updates, even when connected to the Internet 24/7. Mine was version 19 from 2017, three months ago, when you could still contact a technician, he had to “force” an update to version 25. I bought solar panels about 4 years ago. I have had problems since installation. I had to replace 3 optimizers and an inverter box. I spoke with the SolarEdge representative and received a replacement six months after contacting me. Before the exchange, I was able to monitor my 45 panels, now after the exchange, I can no longer monitor anything. The Solaredge representative contacts and still waits 3 months for the part to arrive. Always think that the inverter is not working because we always pay a high electricity bill. Now, to make matters worse, I discovered that my installer, who was supposed to be waiting for my warranty, is no longer in business.
