I understand that all dogs who wish to participate in the daycare must attend a pre-registration appointment evaluated by the head trainer and therefore considered suitable for the multi-dog environment. d) If you agree to a tour of our facilities, you confirm that you have read and accepted the following terms and conditions, including payment and cancellation terms. 9. c) Use of our dog daycare and/or boarding services 5. By adding a debit or credit card to your account on our secure online booking portal ProPet, you agree that payments for confirmed childcare and boarding bookings will be automatically accepted at all times. To use our services, you must always have a valid and up-to-date debit or credit card on the system. 1. Daycare and boarding reservations must be paid in advance. If payment has not been made, our booking software will automatically collect payments every Friday. Lily`s Barn hereby agrees that we act with integrity, responsibility and reliability towards customers, customer`s pets and customer property. The welfare of the customer`s pets is of the utmost importance, and their safety and well-being should not be subordinated to any other consideration. As a member of the Pet Industry Federation, we are bound by the terms and conditions of registered Pet Sitters as set out by the PIF. In the event that fleas are present, I understand that my dogs will not be able to go to daycare until they are free of fleas. At Action Petz, we pride ourselves on creating a safe, stable and caring environment that cares about the well-being of every dog on our team and our care. In addition, we need to make sure that dog owners are aware that as a professional organization, we have put in place a set of policies that ensure not only the well-being of the dogs, but also our team and our company in general. With this in mind, we will introduce a 3-strike policy for dog daycares from July 2019.

In order to have adequate insurance to alternately cover my dogs in the unlikely event of an incident, I agree to cover all costs related to accidents that may occur in the barn and result in injuries to my dog. All dog interactions and games are monitored by daycare staff to avoid incidents, but I understand that my dog(s) may suffer accidental injuries, and I agree to cover all veterinary expenses for my dog. Lilys` Barn or its staff assume no responsibility for the death, injury or illness of your dog during daycare. It is highly recommended to insure your pet for all eventualities. It is important that before registering your dog, you have read and understood all of the following conditions expected by Doggy Day Care Cornwall to ensure the safety of our staff and guests.
