Ferraby didn`t respond to 9 emails and a phone call from me between mid-November and the second week of January simply asking for an update – except once to promise to report me the next day – which he didn`t. It was a cash sale by an investor and therefore a very simple transaction. I am still waiting for the contracts to be exchanged after initially contacting Mr Ferraby`s colleagues in Tewkesbury and ignoring ALL attempts on my part to find out what caused the delay is, in my opinion, terribly unprofessional. I have made it clear from the beginning that I am able to pressure buyers to push for replacement and completion when I am alerted to problems. Mr. Ferraby seems simple: don`t expect him to be proactive, but that he should just sit back and wait for the buyer`s lawyers to do the whole thing.
