Full planning applications for the three Cowdray & Metis Homes sites within the village have now been validated by the South Downs National Park Authority. These sites have been allocated for development within the adopted Local Plan.
The three sites come under four separate planning applications, Cowdray Works Yard, Egmont Road and Former Primary School (which includes a separate listed building application):

The Parish Council will be holding its usual Planning Committee meeting at 7.30pm on 6th October 2021 at Easebourne Primary School, Wheelbarrow Castle, Easebourne, at which these applications will be discussed.
Ten minutes will be available at the start of the meeting for members of the public to speak on any of the planning applications listed on the agenda, which will include these four applications. If you wish to speak, you may have two minutes only, and must register with the Parish Clerk on the above email address, the five slots will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.
