The Midhurst Green Volunteer team are back in the village for the next TWO Saturdays, the 6th and the 13th August, working their way along the length of Wheelbarrow Castle, trimming verges, cutting back the undergrowth, edging, sweeping and tidying!

They meet from 8am and the tasks are usually finished by 10am. Everything is provided, you just need to bring yourself and if you have them a pair of gloves!

Today they were working their magic at St Ann’s Hill – a lot was achieved with only a handful of helpers. As well as strimming, mowing, raking and sweeping, today saw a very large bag full of rubbish including a lot of empty bottles and even a laptop battery collected from just around the Hill 🙁

More help is always appreciated so please have a look at your diaries and pop along to show your support on these dates if you can. Believe it or not it’s good fun and a very productive way to start your weekend!
